Sales Manager: Goal oriented, self-motivated professional with at least 7 years experience in outside sales. You will hire, train, manage and motivate your own sales organization. Texen offers an excellent commission structure with six figures potential in the first year. Texen will provide the necessary training to acquaint you with our industry and professional sales support from our Vice President of Sales and Marketing and technical support from our Professional Engineers. Positions are currently open in Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth.
